Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://agencyaistack.com (the "Site"), operated by AgencyAIStack ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — articles, reviews, comparison tables, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AgencyAIStack and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may quote short excerpts (under 100 words) with attribution and a link back to the source page.

5. User submissions

If you submit content to us (e.g., tip submissions, comments, corrections), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.

6. Affiliate links and reviews

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up for a paid plan after clicking. This does not affect our editorial scoring — see our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

Reviews, comparisons, and recommendations on the Site reflect the independent judgment of our editorial team based on hands-on testing. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial or professional advice.

7. Third-party services and content

The Site links to and references third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, not ours.

8. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other partners. Ads are clearly labeled. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads and do not endorse the advertised products unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENCYAISTACK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgencyAIStack and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 4–11 and 13–14).

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
