This Privacy Policy describes how AgencyAIStack ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://agencyaistack.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Newsletter signup: If you subscribe, we collect your email address. We use Resend (a third-party email service) to manage subscribers and deliver emails.
  • Contact emails: If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as we need to respond and follow up.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer URL, pages visited, time on page) to monitor performance and prevent abuse.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: The Site uses cookies for essential functionality and for advertising and analytics (see Section 4).

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • To deliver newsletters you've subscribed to.
  • To respond to your inquiries and feedback.
  • To serve relevant advertising via Google AdSense (see Section 4).
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with:

  • Service providers who help operate the Site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations.

EU/UK (GDPR)

We process personal data on the lawful bases of consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), legitimate interest (security, basic analytics), and legal obligation. To exercise your GDPR rights, email privacy@agencyaistack.com.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email privacy@agencyaistack.com. We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

7. Data retention

We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe; server logs for up to 90 days; and contact emails for up to 24 months unless we need them longer for legal reasons.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices (TLS, restricted access, least-privilege roles) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days.
